Medical Expenses:
  • Many practitioners/pharmacies will provide a yearly summary receipt, so you don’t have to bring all individual receipts. Also, please bring the annual summary for insurance claims through a health plan.
Employment Expenses:
  • T2200 from your employer together with the completed [PV Tax Employment Expense Form] available from our website or in-office.
Property Tax or Rent Paid in Ontario:
  • Total amount paid in 2024 for your principal residence
Life Changes:
Please advise us of changes to your email, phone number, address or family dynamics including births, marriage, divorce, separation, death or name changes. If you are married or in a common-law relationship, you must report this on your tax return. This only impacts some credits and benefits; not how you report income. Also, you can combine donations and medical expenses to claim them where you will receive the maximum benefit.
